Is it really that incredibly difficult to give yourself “down time”. I found that sitting in front of the computer for 2:oo minutes not doing anything was cake. It was me time. Time for me to daydream, zone out, sleep, whatever. I find it difficult to believe that people cannot honestly sit still for 2:00 minutes and not do anything but just exist. They would literally die at a yoga retreat.
